Facts first. Context always.
Sources you can follow
News briefs identify and link to their source reports. We prioritize official statistics, original research, regulatory publications and company announcements. A company’s statements about its own products or outlook are attributed to that company.
Clear distinctions
Forecasts, estimates, proposals and future product availability are described as such. An announcement is not evidence that a promised outcome has already happened. Opinion and sponsored material, when published, must carry clear labels.
Accurate dates and images
Every article carries its publication date. Source-report dates are shown separately. Context photographs illustrate a subject and are identified as context; they are not presented as photographs of the reported event.
Attribution and responsibility
We do not claim interviews, first-hand access or original field reporting unless those activities occurred. Our fictional editorial desk identities are explained on the About page. LedgerWire is responsible for the articles it publishes.
Corrections
Readers can submit factual concerns through our correction form. Substantive corrections should describe what changed and update the article’s modification date.
